7-day exchange requirements
- Qualifies for the necessary financing on the replacement vehicle.
- The entire original purchase price will be applied to the new vehicle, without any cash back.
- Same deal structure.
- A 10% restocking fee will be added to the new deal.
- A $1 charge per mile driven since the original date of purchase will be added.
- The value of the trade will be moved to the second purchase if a trade was a part of the first purchase.
- The exchange must be completed at the dealership.
- It is required to make an appointment.
- To request an exchange, it is mandatory to submit a written request to our Guest Services. The vehicle must not exceed 700 additional miles from the time of purchase and must be in the same condition as when it was sold.
- The exchange must occur within five business days of the original purchase. It is important to note that there is no cash value associated with the exchange, and customers are limited to one exchange per year.
Buy Back Requirements
- Buy Back includes any vehicles Paid in Cash, Bank Financed and Financed/non funded.
- A 10% restocking fee or $500, whichever is greater will be charged.
- A $1 charge per mile driven after 100 miles since purchase will be added.
- After 7 days an additional $35 per day will be added.
- The Buy Back must be completed at the dealership.
- It is required to make an appointment.
- To request an exchange, it is mandatory to submit a written request to our Guest Services. The vehicle must not exceed 700 additional miles from the time of purchase and must be in the same condition as when it was sold. It’s Owners discretion to Buy Back after 7 days.
- The Buy Back must occur within 7 business days of the original purchase. It is important to note that it’s up to the Owners discretion to take a Buy Back after 7 days.
